Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of your data held by HireAI, operated by MOHAN DRESSES. This includes data obtained from Meta's APIs (Facebook Business data, WhatsApp Business Account credentials) as well as all account and candidate data stored on our platform.

1. What Data We Hold

HireAI stores the following categories of data when you connect your WhatsApp Business Account and use our platform:

2. Disconnect Your WhatsApp Business Account

You can revoke HireAI's access to your WhatsApp Business Account at any time directly from your Meta Business Settings:

Go to Meta Business Settings → WhatsApp Accounts ↗
Select the WhatsApp Business Account connected to HireAI
Under Connected Apps, find HireAI and click Remove
Confirm the disconnection

✅ Once disconnected, HireAI will immediately lose access to your WABA. We will delete your stored access tokens within 72 hours.

3. Request Full Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your HireAI account and all associated data (including candidate records, conversation history, and Meta Platform Data), follow these steps:

Include in the email:

Your registered account email address
Your company name
What you want deleted (account, candidates, all data)

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

4. What Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Your HireAI account credentials and profile information
All WhatsApp Business Account access tokens and WABA credentials
All Facebook Business ID and related Meta Platform Data
All candidate records, phone numbers, and personal information
All WhatsApp conversation history and message logs
All AI screening scores and pipeline data associated with your account
All billing and subscription records (except where retention is required by law)
All webhook logs associated with your WABA

NoteSome data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before being fully purged. We may also retain certain transaction records where required by Indian tax law or other applicable regulations.

5. Candidate Data Deletion

If you are a job candidate who was contacted via WhatsApp through our platform and wish to request deletion of your personal data, please email us at:

Include your WhatsApp phone number and the name of the company that contacted you. We will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

6. Data Held by Meta

Data transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and stored within Meta's infrastructure is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy ↗. To request deletion of data held directly by Meta (including message logs stored on Meta's servers), please use Meta's official data deletion request tool:
